Security Training Script
Hello and welcome to Security Training. I will be your trainer for today.
Please do not AFK during this training session. You may wave if you have any questions.
Your new role is to manage security. You’re now responsible for who gains access into HDA.
You will learn how to correctly check members coming into HDA & how to use the security system.
I advise you take notes as there will be a test afterwards.
Any questions before we begin?
When filling security you must always make sure you have access to the forums.
You must use the forums to search for members promotion logs before they can be sent into base.
Please load the HDA forums, scroll down and click on promotion logs, once there let me know.
*Wait for the member*
Now, please search for ''Testing1234'' in the search bar.
Once you've found the log, click on it.
Please tell me the username of the most recent person to promote this member.
*Correct answer is levy1937*
*If incorrect, you may need to break down the steps on how to correctly check logs*
*If correct, please move on*
You must always remember to click into the log to make sure all the information is correct.
If the user does not have a log, DO NOT send them in, unless they are recruit(s)!
If you’re found letting in people that don’t work for HDA, you’re at risk of being demoted or fired.
Remember to always double check the username just to be sure of the member.
When told to ''FS'' it stands for ''Fill Security''. You should FS as long as there is a seat.
Please now FS and prepare to learn all the commands for security.
This can be hard to remember, so I encourage you take notes on the commands.
Are you ready to begin the second half of your training? This requires full attention.
There are TWO gates for security. The first gate has ONE single command.
*Sit on the chair and flick the switch*
The command for the first gate is ''-gate''. It is the same for each FS station.
The next command is ''-base''.
When a lower rank member needs to enter HDA, they require to use security.
If they are Advertising rank and lower, they must whisper their last promoter's username.
Having whispered 3 rules if forgotten promoter's name, you can tell them their promoter's username.
Do note that SEC/TRN members are NOT required to whisper a promoter's name.
However, still do check for a promotion log, and the correct badge, uniform and motto.
When checking the badges please make sure the badges are not fake.
Ensure all the badges are owned by HDA-Founder.
Please say ''-base'' now to send me in. Before we continue do you have any questions about that?
The next command you will be learning is''-training''. This is where our recruit(s) are sent to.
When you have a recruit at your gate, check that:
1. Their motto is [HDA] Recruit. If not, correct it.
2. There is NO other Agency's Badges. If there are, request the recruit to leave them.
3. They are in correct uniform. If not, get them to change.
Note that masks and stickers on clothes are strictly NOT allowed.
If everything is correct, you may say ''-training'' to send them on.
You will also use this command when member forgets promoter's username and cannot provide 3 rules.
They should be sent for re-training, and people in FT (Fill Training) should be notified.
The next command is ''-lobby''.
The lobby command is used when the person is idle, or has wrong motto/uniform.
Also, if a member refuses to remove another Agency Badge.
It can also be used when person does not work in HDA.
Please note OP+ members should be lobbied as well. Do ask them to use the OP+ gate.
If they do not listen and keep coming back, please notify a high rank in base.
The last command is ''-kick''. This is useful when faced with trolls.
A troll is individual that comes to HDA to cause trouble.
If you politely asked them to stop and they continue to, feel free to use this command.
To repeat the commands for security are ''-gate -base -lobby -training and -kick''.
Any questions before we begin the test?
We will now begin the test. Are you ready to begin?
There will be 5 questions on what you have just learnt. You must get 4 out of 5 correct to pass.
1) When filling security what must you always check?
(Promotion Logs in the HDA forums for their last promoters name)
2. If a person has no promotion log, should you let them in?
(No, do not let someone in without a promotion log)
Now, I will demonstrate a few scenarios. You are required to take the correct action. It may be more than just the commands that we use for security.
*Trainer wears OP badge and change motto to Overseer II*
3) ''I would like to get into base, please.'' What command would you use and why?
(The correct answer should be: Tell the Operation+ member to use the OP+ gate in the lobby then use the -lobby command).
*Trainer wears ADV badge and change motto to Advertiser I. Pretend you have forgotten your promoter name when asked.*
4) Hi, can you let me in please?
(The correct answer should be: Ask for promoter’s name, then 3 HDA rules)
*Trainer removes badge and motto, then starts using colored chat*
5) HI! LET ME IN!! *Continue to be impatient and act troll like for them to kick you*
(The correct answer should be: ask them to stop politely, -kick if it continues)
*If the member answers 4 out of 5 you can continue training. If not, please re-train them on what they got incorrect and begin the test again.*
Congratulations! You have passed the test and you are now ready to FS.
Please remember, that you will always have priority at FS. If seats are filled, just request for one.
Lastly, to earn your pay badge, you need to FS or FTF for at least an Hour.
You will also get your promotion faster by being at FS, rather than FTF.
*Answer any Questions*
You may now put on your security uniform, favourite the SEC badge & FS in base. Good luck!
